2020

The season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to cancellation Ottawa South United left the league to join the PLSQ.

2021

The league reverted to an East and West Conference for the season due to the upheaval caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. They also ran a "Summer Championship" for clubs as part of their COVID-19 planning.
Joining - 1812 FC, Guelph United, Hamilton United (due to start in 2020), Scrosoppi, St Catharines Roma Wolves and Waterloo United
Leaving - Aurora
Pickering sat out the season due to the uncertanties regading the COVID-19 pandemic
