SW - Shoot out win, SL - Shootout Loss, BP - Bonus points, RP - Reported points by various sources which seem to conflict the points system reported.

1999

Points system - Win = 4, Shootout win = 2, Shootout loss = 1, Bonus points for over 3 goals scored.  If scores were level after 90 mins the game went to a shootout.
